Update: Webmail access has been restored as of yesterday afternoon. We apologize for any inconvenience this disruption may have caused, and we'll be monitoring things closely throughout the day to ensure ongoing availability.

While webmail access is affected, mail delivery is not. Customers can access their email via a mail client such as Outlook. Please access help.emailsrvr.com for assistance in setting up your mail client for email access.

Update: POP/IMAP is unaffected and can be used as an alternative while webmail access is unavailable.
