The issue impacting webmail access for a subset of users has been successfully resolved by the back-end team. All services are now functioning normally.

We are currently investigating an issue that is affecting webmail access for a handful of users. Impacted users may experience errors when attempting to log in or may be unable to load their mailbox.
Our engineering team is actively working to identify the root cause and restore full functionality as quickly as possible.

[Resolved] M365 Control Panel/ Licensing Portal Access

The issue has been fully resolved. The required solution has been successfully implemented, and the License Portal is now stable. Admins should be able to access the portal without any interruptions.

Our team has identified the root cause of the issue and implemented a fix. We are currently monitoring the system to ensure stability. Admins should now be able to access the Licensing Portal.
