Issues with Exchange online and Hybid domains

We want to make you aware of an ongoing issue currently impacting Microsoft services.

If you are using a hybrid domain that includes both RSE mailbox and Exchange Online (Microsoft 365), your RSE Email service may also be affected. At this time, it appears that a Microsoft server issue is impacting both incoming and outgoing email delivery for Office 365 users.
