Hosted Exchange Issues

At this time we are showing Outlook webmail application is responding as intended and users are able to successfully login. Service has been restored.

At this time our engineers have implemented a fix on the backend. We are showing positive results and requesting users who have had difficulty logging into the Outlook Webmail Application to retry.

We are aware of an issue affecting a portion of our Hosted Exchange 2013 environment. Some users on this platform cannot access the Outlook Web Application. Mail clients are not impacted at this time. We recommend users to clear cache, cookies, restart browser and retry. We are investigating this further and will provide updates as they become available.

Resolved - A solution has been put in place and the incident is now closed. Users are now able to connect via their mail-client/mobile devices & the Outlook Web App. The system is operating as normal.

We are investigating reports of connectivity issues to our Exchange 2013 environment.

Users may experience an error upon attempting to sync mail to their email client, or an error when attempting to navigate to the Outlook Web Access (Webmail).
