Resolved: New changes within the Hosted Exchange section of the Control Panel should now processes without error. If any recent change did not process we recommend re-submitting any action taken to ensure they are processed

Monitoring: A solution has been put in place and we recommend at this time to re-submit any action taken within the Hosted Exchange section of the Control Panel to ensure they are processed.

Update: We are aware of an issue within a section of our Control Panel that is resulting in delays when editing mailbox attributes for Hosted Exchange accounts.

For example, mailbox passwords, creation of new mailboxes, and enabling/disabling mailboxes. Affected users may also experience the inability to access email via Outlook Web App or a mail client such as Outlook. In the meantime, we recommend that administrators avoid making any changes until further notice.
