Connectivity to affected Hosted Exchange 2013 mailboxes and legacy mailbox data visibility has returned to normal.

Monitoring - We have made progress in repairing the impacted mailboxes. The process is expected to take several days to complete and over time, legacy data will begin to appear in the affected mailboxes. We do not anticipate issuing further updates for this incident until all mailboxes have completed the repair process.

We have identified an issue on our Hosted Exchange environment that is affecting a portion of email users. These users may experience a lack of connectivity when attempting to access their email accounts via Microsoft Outlook or the Outlook Web App. In addition, some users may notice that their emails, contacts, and calendars will not be visible upon login.
Engineers are engaged and working towards resolving connectivity issues and restoring visibility to all email data.
