[Resolved] M365 Control Panel/ Licensing Portal Access

The issue has been fully resolved. The required solution has been successfully implemented, and the License Portal is now stable. Admins should be able to access the portal without any interruptions.

Our team has identified the root cause of the issue and implemented a fix. We are currently monitoring the system to ensure stability. Admins should now be able to access the Licensing Portal.

The issue is still under investigation. Our Engineering team is working on to find the root cause. We will continue to post further updates as they become available. We request customers to reach out to the Support team through phones and chats for license related assistance.

We are aware of an issue affecting the ability of administrators to sign in into the M365 Control Panel/Licensing Portal. Administrators are encouraged to continue monitoring the status page for further updates before retrying.
