We are aware of a significant global outage impacting Cloud Office services, including the Office365 product page and Admin Control Panel.
This outage is a result of a recent update by cybersecurity firm CrowdStrike, which has caused widespread disruptions for various industries worldwide, including airlines, banks, media outlets, technology companies, telecom firms, and businesses of all sizes. CrowdStrike has communicated that they are in the process of rolling back the update that caused this issue. We are actively working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We understand the inconvenience this is causing and are committed to keeping you informed throughout the process.
Current Status:
Cloud Office email services including Webmail and M365 exchange mail flow remains unaffected.
Our M365 licensing page and Cloud office admin control panel are currently unavailable. We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide further updates as they become available.
