[Resolved] Unable to access O365 control pannel

Resolved - A solution has been put in place and the incident is now closed. Users are now able to access the portal without any issues.

The issue has been resolved for Control Panel and Rackspace email Admins. Some Admins may still experience issues logging in to the O365 License management portal. Our engineers are working diligently to restore functionality.

Issue: Engineers have identified an issue with Administrator tools such as Office 365 Control Panel. Users are currently unable to launch the application and are encountering an error message stating: "Error doing OIDC authentication."
