Resolved - This incident is now closed. The Hosted Email load times are operating as normal.

Monitoring - We are in the final stages of remediation for this incident. A solution has been put in place and users are beginning to see normal load times in their Webmail. Additional updates will be posted as they become available

We are aware of an issue that is affecting our Hosted Email Platform. Users may notice long load times when opening emails or downloading attachments. We will provide updates when more details are available.
