[Resolved] Changes Not Processing - Hosted Exchange

This incident is now resolved. Changes made to Hosted Exchange services from within the Administrative Control Panel should now provision within the expected time frame. Mail delivery was not impacted during this time.

Due to the disruption this morning with our Administrative Control Panel, Admins will notice that changes applied to Exchange mailboxes will not be processed immediately. This would include - Password Changes, New Mailbox Creation, Edits to Distribution Lists, and anything related to mailbox management. Resubmitting these changes should allow them to be processed (please allow up to 30 minutes for these requests to be processed as there is currently a queue).

Changes such as Password Updates, Distribution List Edits, or anything related to mailboxes management should now be processing at a much faster rate. Resubmitting any previously submitted changes should allow them to be processed (please allow up to 15 minutes for these requests to be processed).

The issues related to slowness are primarily affecting Hosted Exchange accounts. When submitting changes in Control Panel, the changes are delayed with no ETA. Users may also see the following message when editing Exchange Mailboxes

"Sorry, the lock status for this mailbox could not be determined"

Our team is aware of an issue that is causing slow performance when navigating and submitting changes in the Administrative Control Panel. Errors may be received during this time in the form of "Communication error. Please refresh the page and try again." We are actively investigating the issue and working towards a solution.
