We are aware of an issue which is causing users the inability to connect to our Microsoft Exchange 2007 environment.

Affected users will experience a lack of connectivity to email clients, such as Microsoft Outlook. These users will also receive the following error when logging in to Outlook Web Access: "Outlook Web Access could not connect to Microsoft Exchange. If the problem continues, contact technical support for your organization".

As a work around, impacted users are encouraged to access their mailboxes via mobile devices until connectivity is fully restored.

Mail is being delivered to destination mailboxes as normal.
