[Resolved] Microsoft Exchange - Outlook Web Access

Our engineering team has applied a configuration change and tests have confirmed that the issue is now resolved.

Outlook Web Access connectivity should be working as normal.

We are aware of an issue that is causing Microsoft Exchange users to receive errors when logging in to Outlook Web Access.

Affected users may see the following error "An error occurred while logging into your email account. Please try again shortly."

These users are encouraged to access email via email clients, like Microsoft Outlook, or mobile devices as an alternative while we attempt to restore connectivity.

This issue will not affect delivery of email.
