[Resolved] Delayed Email Delivery-Outbound

This issue has been resolved. The message queue has been cleared and all mail should be delivering normally at this time.

Our team is actively working to resolve the issue. We expect to see any delayed messages to be sent within an hour.

We identified a server that contained a queue of sent messages. The troubled server has been pulled out of rotation at this time. This may cause users to see newer messages received with no delay, but older messages may have a delay of up to two hours.
