Hosted Exchange Issues

The previous issues routing mail to the "Drafts" folder have been resolved. If users have reported mail not arriving to the destined mailbox, please have them check their "Drafts" folder to see if they reside there. Attempting to resend the message will allow it to be resent through the system.

We have received reports from some users who are unable to send out email. Users will notice these emails are being routed to the "Drafts" folder at this time. Our Engineers are currently investigating the situation.

The previous mail delays are clear at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Most of the delays have cleared at this time. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide an update as soon as all delays are clear.

Some customers are continuing to experience email delays. These delays will also affect Blackberry activations. Our Engineers are closely monitoring the situation and working towards a resolution.
