Our engineering team has confirmed the issue is resolved. Changes to the safelist or blacklist are working normally.

We have identified an issue with the database that manages our safelist and blacklist for spam filtering. Changes made to the safelist and blacklist sections in Control Panel and in Webmail will appear to have saved, but will not be applied server side.
Our engineering team is actively working on resolving the issue. We will provide further updates by 5pm CT.
