A solution has been put in place by our engineering team. Issue preventing admins from accessing the cloud office admin control panel and M365 licensing portal has been resolved.

We continue experiencing issues with Cloud Office Admin Control Panel logins. While our team is actively working to resolve the issue, the M365 licensing portal is up with limited functionality.
