Resolved - A solution has been put in place and the incident is now closed. Users are now able to connect via their mobile devices and the system is operating as normal.

Monitoring - A solution has been put in place, impacted users are encouraged to re-test connecting via their mobile device(s).

We are investigating reports of ActiveSync (Mobile Access) connectivity issues to our Exchange 2013 environment for a small sub-set of users. Users may experience an error upon attempting to sync mail to their mobile device. The OWA Webmail remains fully operational.
