Resolved - Previously delayed emails are delivering successfully now. The incident is now closed.

Update - We have confirmed connectivity has been restored for the affected users.

Previously delayed mail is still being worked on but new emails are delivering successfully.

Identified - Engineers have identified the cause of Exchange 2016 users unable to access their email through Outlook Web App or through a mail client such as Outlook.

Mail delivery is impacted during this time for these users. Emails are delayed but will deliver once the issue is resolved.
