Resolved - Mail client connectivity to our Hosted Exchange 2013 environment has returned to normal. Mail delivery was not impacted.

Monitoring - A solution has been put in place and mail clients are beginning to reconnect.

We are investigating reports of connectivity issues to our Exchange 2013 environment. Users may experience an error upon attempting to sync mail to their email client, or a prompt to re-enter their password. Impacted users are able to use OWA (Outlook Web Access) as a workaround. We will provide further updates as they become available.
