Resolved - The incident is now closed. Changes made to Hosted Exchange Mailboxes in the Control Panel during the incident will need to be processed again by administrators.

Investigating - We are aware of an issue within our Control Panel that is causing changes made to Hosted Exchange mailboxes to fail to provision. Exchange 2013 and Exchange 2016 are impacted. Administrators are advised to stop making changes within their Control Panel until a resolution is confirmed.
