[Resolved] Mailbox Updates

RESOLVED: We have corrected the underlying issue that was affecting changes to the control panel and mailboxes. Any changes that were made to mailboxes within the disruption window may need to be attempted again. Mail delivery was not impacted with this disruption.

We are aware and investigating an issue that is preventing customers from making changes in the Control Panel. Customers may receive a blank page, an Internal Server error, "Service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." when saving mailbox changes, passwords, creating new mailboxes, and accessing the email help tool.

The ability to update credit card information in the Cloud Office Control Panel has now been restored. Updates that were attempted during this issue have been applied. To verify your credit card information is correct, please visit the billing section of your Control Panel.
