[Resolved] Control Panel Error

Resolved - The incident is now closed. Any new mailboxes that were created and are showing "Lock status could not be determined" will need to be deleted and re-created. Any changes that were made in the Exchange section of the Administrator Control Panel will need to be resubmitted.

Identified - We have identified the issue and are actively working towards a resolution. More updates will be posted as they become available.

We are investigating an issue that is affecting our Control Panel and the Exchange environment. Affected users will see a "Lock Status" banner when adding or modifying Exchange mailboxes or changes not reflected in the Control Panel.
