[Resolved] Control Panel - Delays in Processing changes

The incident is resolved.

We continue to work on actively clearing the queue of delayed requests. In the meantime, admins may notice up to 2 hour delays for processing any changes that are made in the Control Panel. The types of changes that are affected would include but are not limited to the following:

-New Mailbox Creation
-Edits or Changes to a Mailboxes
-Edits or Changes to Distribution Lists, Contacts, Resources, Mobile Devices, Public Folders
-Edits to Spam Filtering

While we work to resolve this incident, admins are encouraged to avoid processing any new changes during this time.

Currently changes made in the control panel are delayed for Hosted Exchange Services. Please do not attempt to make changes multiple times as the changes are queued to be processed.
