Resolved - The incident is now closed and webmail connectivity is operating as normal

Update - Affected users whom utilize Webmail for Hosted Email will experience issues logging in and logouts. Users may experience errors including "too many requests" or "page not responding".
We recommend users access their email via a mail client such as Outlook as a workaround.
Email delivery is not impacted at this time.
