Resolved - Engineers have restored connectivity to the affected mailboxes and visibility to all mailbox data.

Monitoring - Engineers continue to work towards restoring mailbox data for affected users. Mailbox data will continue populating incrementally throughout the day.

Monitoring - Engineers are in the process of restoring mailbox data for affected users. Mailbox data will continue populating incrementally this afternoon and this evening.

Update - Engineers have restored log in access to the affected mailboxes. In addition, some users may notice emails, contacts, and calendars will not be visible upon login. Our Engineers are working towards restoring visibility.

We are investigating an issue that is affecting a small-subset of users situated on our Hosted Exchange 2010 environment.

Affected users may experience issues accessing their mailbox through the Outlook Web Access or a mail client/mobile devices. Users attempting to access their mailbox through Outlook Web Access may receive the error: "MapiExceptionLogonFailed: Unable to open message store."
