[Resolved] Hosted Exchange 2010 Connectivity Issues

Resolved - Engineers have restored connectivity to the affected mailboxes and visibility to all mailbox data.

Monitoring - Engineers are still working towards restoring mailbox data for all affected users. Mailbox data will continue populating incrementally throughout the day.

Monitoring - Engineers are in the process of restoring mailbox data for affected users. Mailbox data will continue populating incrementally overnight. Another update will be provided at 7:30 AM Central Time with updated information.

Update - Engineers have restored Outlook Web Application and mail client access to the affected mailboxes. In addition, some users may notice that their emails, contacts, and calendars will not be visible upon login. Our Engineers are working towards restoring visibility to all mailbox data.

Update - Affected Users will be unable to access their mailbox utilizing Outlook Web Access or a mail client, including mobile devices. Users attempting to access their mailbox through Outlook Web Access will receive an error: "MapiExceptionLogonFailed: Unable to open message store."
