Administrator Tools Issues

At this time our engineers have implemented a fix on the chat. Admins should be able to use the chat without any issue on the control panel.

We are currently experiencing connectivity issues with Chat support. We are actively investigating the issue. Admins may experience issues such as not seeing timely responses, chat session ending abruptly while chatting. We will provide further updates as it become available.
