[Resolved] Control Panel Errors

Resolved - The incident is now closed. Changes made in the Email Control Panel are processing normally.

Monitoring - A solution has been put in place, some changes are going through successfully and errors cleared up. We will provide more updates as they become available.

We have received reports of administrators being unable to make changes in the administrative control panel. Control panel actions affected include making changes to mailbox passwords and creation/deletion of mailboxes. We have also seen reports of "lock status cannot be determined" error for hosted exchange mailboxes.

Our engineers have been engaged and working towards resolution.
