Administrator Tools Issues

RESOLVED: We have corrected the underlying issue that was affecting changes to the control panel and mailboxes. Any changes that were made to mailboxes within the disruption window will need to be attempted again. Mail delivery was not impacted by this disruption.

We are aware and investigating an issue that is preventing customers from making changes in the Control Panel. Customers may receive an error message "Internal Server error, Service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." when saving mailbox changes, resetting passwords, and creating new mailboxes.
