Ongoing Email Delivery Issue - Progress and Temporary Workaround
Today, some of our IP addresses are being temporarily rejected by Microsoft and Yahoo recipients.
Our team has made significant progress in resolving these issues. According to the latest report, the majority of emails are now being delivered successfully, with no deferrals or bounce-backs.
We are continuing to work on a few remaining affected IPs. Please rest assured that this is a high-priority matter, and we are fully committed to reaching a complete resolution.
Workaround:
Customers may try re-sending their emails after a short delay. Our system leverages a pool of IP addresses for outbound messages, so retrying may result in successful delivery through an alternate IP.
