We have seen an improvement in connectivity and users should now be able to access their email via webmail and email clients by refreshing the page or restarting their mail-client. We are still monitoring the connections and are working towards full resolution.

We are investigating an issue preventing access to our Hosted Email environment for a small subset of users. Affected users will not be able to connect to their email accounts via webmail, POP, IMAP or SMTP and will experience continuous password prompts in their clients or errors when accessing webmail.
