Monitoring - The system has stabilized, and users are able to successfully add attachments. We will be monitoring the environment throughout the evening/early morning and will post further updates by 10AM EST / 3PM GMT.

We are investigating an issue in our Hosted Email Webmail. Affected users will experience errors or delays when adding attachments to new messages, or replying to messages that contain attachments.
As a workaround, we encourage users to utilize mail clients such as Outlook to send messages containing attachments.
