We are aware of an issue in which users are unable to compose, forward or reply to messages which include attachments when using Webmail.
Affected users will experience page load timeouts when attempting to add an attachment in webmail. Users can use email clients, such as Outlook and mobile devices, as a workaround at this time.
This does not affect mail delivery to our environment.
