We've received confirmation that Webmail access has been restored.

We are aware of the issue where some users are unable to access their mailbox using webmail.

As this is being investigated users are requested to access their mailbox using an email client application.

This has no affect on email message delivery.

[Resolved] Hosted Email - Message Delays

Our engineering team identified the underlying cause and have applied a configuration change. We have confirmed that mail delivery has now returned to normal.

Impacted users may have experienced mail delays of up to an hour.

We are investigating an issue that is affecting our Hosted Email environment. Users may experience message delays when sending to users within their domain. Messages received from external domains should be delivered with no issue.
