Our Hosted Exchange 2016 environment is now operating as normal. We recommend that affected users refresh their browsers. Mail delivery was not impacted during this time.

We are investigating an issue that is affecting connectivity to our Hosted Exchange 2016 environment. Affected users will be logged out of the mailbox while using the Webmail interface.Our Engineering team is engaged and working towards a resolution. Affected users will be unable to login to the Webmail interface and may see a "Not Connected" message within mail clients such as Outlook.
