[Resolved] SharePoint Intermittent Connectivity

This issue is now fully resolved. A hotfix and change of configuration was introduced to better manage the volume of connections that our load-balancer is processing. All services have resumed to normal. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused for you and your users.

We have identified a solution that has been rigorously tested and implemented. Results indicate that this change has mitigated the intermittent connectivity problems that users were experiencing previously. We are doing some final analyses at this time and will provide the next update once we determine the issue is fully resolved.

Our team has been closely monitoring our Microsoft Exchange 2013 environment. Since the last update, various configuration changes have been applied to our load balancing server. We're confident that these steps will get us closer to resolving this issue. We will provide the next update at 10am CDT.

Our Exchange 2013 environment has stabilized and customers are reporting successful connections to their mailboxes. While we have not completely resolved the load balancing issue as of yet, we will continue to monitor traffic loads and mitigate issues as necessary over the next 24 hours.
