We have identified an issue that is causing intermittent connectivity for some users who connect via POP/IMAP/SMTP to our Hosted Email environment. We are currently investigating the situation and will have it resolved as soon as possible.

[Resolved] Bounce Back Errors Sending Email

We are continuing to receive reports from users who are receiving timeout bounce back messages. We are working diligently to have this resolved.

We continue to actively work on a resolution for the timeout bounce back messages. If you receive an error when sending an email from your email program, please attempt to resend and the message should deliver successfully.

We appreciate your continued patience as we continue to work towards a fix.

We're seeing reports from users who are receiving bounce back messages when sending email. These bounce back messages include diagnostic information with the following information:

"timed out while sending end of data-..."
