[Resolved] Delayed Mailbox Changes

We were able to sort the delays in changes made within our Control Panel, this issue is now resolved.

We have identified an issue that is resulting in delays when making any changes to a mailbox through the administrative control panel. This would include changes to any mailbox attributes and password changes. Our team is actively investigating the situation.

[Resolved] Webmail Log In Error

The Hosted mail environment is now operating as normal. The incident is now closed.

We are aware of delays for inbound email. The mail queue is beginning to return to normal. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.

We are investigating reports of connectivity issues to our Hosted Email environment. Affected users may experience an inability to login to webmail and connectivity issues in mail clients such as Outlook. We will provide further updates as the become available.
