The engineering team has applied a fix and tests have confirmed that when making changes to the Microsoft Exchange features in the control panel is now fully functional. No further action is required at this time. Mail delivery was not impacted during this event.

We are aware of users experiencing issues when making changes to Microsoft Exchange items in the Control Panel. Affected users may experience page load timeouts or receive the error "Communication error. Please refresh the page and try again." when accessing certain sections.

This does not affect mail delivery to our environment.

[Resolved] Webmail - Send/Reply with Attachments

Our engineering team has applied a configuration change and tests have confirmed that the issue is now resolved.

Users should experience normal behavior when forwarding, replying, and uploading attachments.

Affected users will experience page load timeouts when forwarding, replying, and uploading attachments.

Our engineering team is actively seeking a resolution.

We are aware of an issue in which users are unable to forward or reply to messages which include attachments. Affected users will experience page load timeouts when attempting to forward or reply. Users should be able to use email clients, such as Outlook and mobile devices, as a workaround at this time.

This does not affect mail delivery to our environment.
