The Hosted Email system is now operating as normal. Our Engineers have performed a restart of the impacted services, yielding positive results. We recommend simply refreshing browser and restarting your mail client such as Outlook.

Mail delivery was not impacted during this time.

Engineers are actively investigating the degraded performance. Affected users may encounter timeout errors when connecting via webmail and Mail clients such as Outlook.
