Our engineers have identified the issue that was causing login failures for users when attempting to access their email account via webmail and mail clients.

We will continue to monitor connectivity within our Hosted Email environment.

Message delivery times have returned to normal, and mail queues have been cleared.

We continue to experience delays on inbound message delivery. Our engineers are working diligently to improve system performance and restore normal delivery times.

Delivery delays are currently averaging 11-12 minutes.

Affected users may experience delays of up to 30 minutes when receiving new mail.
