Hosted Exchange Issues

[Resolved] Exchange Client Connectivity Resolved

Our Exchange team has made a configuration change that has resolved issues with client connectivity to our hosted Exchange environment. Users may need to close and restart their application in order to regain connectivity. Mail delivery was not impacted as a part of this disruption.

We are investigating reports of connectivity issues to our Exchange environments when using email clients, such as Outlook. Affected users may experience an error upon attempting to sync mail to their email client, or a prompt to re-enter their password. We will provide further updates as the become available.
