[Resolved] Microsoft Exchange - Connectivity

Our Operations team has applied a change and tests have confirmed that the issue is now resolved. All Microsoft Exchange connectivity should be working as normal.

Our team is actively working to resolve the connectivity issues. Affected users are encouraged to access the Outlook Web App as an alternative while we continue working towards a resolution.

We will provide another update by 10:30am central.

We are aware of issues users are experiencing when attempting to connect to our Microsoft Exchange environment via email clients, like Microsoft Outlook.

Affected users may continually be prompted for their credentials in their email client. These users are encouraged to access the Outlook Web App as an alternative while we attempt to restore connectivity.

Email is still arriving safely to destination mailboxes as normal.
