On 7 August 2015, from approximately 11:17 to 12:42 CDT, a subset of our Exchange customers within the Exchange 2007 environment were unable to access their mailboxes. The issue was identified by our Exchange engineers who resolved the issue. During this time, customers impacted by this issue were unable to access mailboxes within the affected environment.

We appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve this issue.

We have received isolated reports from some users who are experiencing connectivity issues to our Microsoft Exchange 2007 environment. We are currently investigating the situation and will have it resolved as soon as possible.
