Some users continue to report intermittent connectivity issues and/or proxy certificate pop-ups in their email programs. Our engineers are actively working to resolve this issue. They have made a configuration change to our servers that could help alleviate the issue in some situations. Having users restart their mail clients has mitigated the issues for many. Thank you for your patience.

We have identified an issue that is causing intermittent pop ups in clients regarding certification errors for some users. Restarting the client has helped in some cases or you may use Outlook Web Access. Our engineers are investigating the situation. Thank you for your patience.
