[Resolved] Control Panel - Delayed Processing

This incident is now resolved. Changes made to Hosted Exchange services from within the Administrative Control Panel should now provision within the expected time frame. Mail delivery was not impacted during this time.

Due to the disruption this morning with our Administrative Control Panel, Admins may notice that changes applied to Exchange mailboxes are not being processed immediately. This would include - Password Changes, New Mailbox Creation, Edits to Distribution Lists, and anything related to mailbox management. Resubmitting these changes should allow them to be processed (please allow up to 30 minutes for these requests to be processed as there is currently a queue).

We are investigating an issue that is affecting changes made in the Email Control Panel for the Hosted Exchange 2010, 2013 & 2016 environments. Affected changes made in the control panel are delayed including but not limited to password changes, adding domains, modifying mailboxes, etc.
