[Resolved] Credit Card Payment Error

This issue has been resolved. Credit card payments will now be processed as normal.

Our teams continue to investigate the cause of the errors when processing credit card payments. We will have this resolved as soon as possible.

We are aware of an issue impacting the Control Panel when making a payment. Affected users will receive an error stating "Charge failed. Please check your credit card information and billing address."

To avoid the potential for duplicate charges, do not attempt to submit payment more than once.

We have notified our Billing Team to further investigate and will provide updates as they become available.
