Our Engineers identified the cause of the improperly formatted messages. A configuration change was applied to the hosted email environment, which resolved the issue. Email delivery was not affected.

We are aware of an issue that is causing forwarded emails to be improperly formatted when sent out. This applies specifically to emails sent in HTML format. Our Engineers are investigating the issue at this time. Mail delivery is not affected, only formatting of HTML message content. More details will be provided as they become available.
