The control panel team applied a configuration changes and tests have confirmed the issue is resolved. Administrators can now create and make changes to Hosted Email mailboxes within the control panel normally.

We are aware of an issue impacting the ability for administrators to save changes or create hosted email mailboxes in the control panel. Affected administrators will experience the error "Service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." when clicking save to finalize updates.
