Our Engineers have rolled back a previously applied update to resolve this issue. We have received feedback that attachments are again accessible from within Webmail.

Customers are still unable to view attachments via webmail.

Our Operations team has been unsuccessfully in attempts to resolve this issue. Our Engineering team has been engaged to further investigate.

We are aware of an issue where customers are unable to view attachments when attempting to access them via webmail.

Our Operations team is engaged and is working towards a resolution now. In the meantime, you can access attachments via mail clients such as Outlook or via mobile devices.

Mail delivery is unaffected by this issue.

The operations team implemented a fix to resolve the issue. All messages in the queue have been delivered successfully. Affected users should now experience normal mail delivery.

We have identified an issue that is causing mail to queue on one server. Affected users may experience a delay in message delivery to their inbox. All messages are being delivered normally after they make their way through the short queue.
